After you place an order, we will promptly send you a questionnaire for you to fill out so we know your requirements. Once we receive the questionnaire, we will complete the work within 3 days. During this time, you can make any changes or additions that you need. Your website can be up and fully functional within 4-6 days from the date of order.
No. We suggest you use the Fiverr Logo Maker for a great logo at a low price.
This means we do regular security updates, maintenance and edits to your website content. We do not include full website overhauls, content writing, or major site changes. We do include content updates such as new services provided, price changes, employee profile additions/removals, etc.

Yes, and absolutely free! As long as you continue managed hosting, we will continue to renew your domain name. If you decide to stop using our services, you can bring the domain with you! We are currently only offering .com, .net, .org, .biz, and .info for free. If you would like a specialty domain, there may be a small fee.
Yes. Web-based email is included. You can also use your email on mobile devices, but we do not offer extended support for this capability. We provide up to 25 email accounts for free, which will be formatted as [email protected]
If you cancel, we can provide you with the files to bring to a new web host. You may lose archived emails and personalized settings. Additionally, you may need to purchase plugins or themes which licenses were purchased by IRA.
